This is the ruling of the courts in Arpil 2010 regarding 7 homes in Virginia that won their case regarding Chinese Drywall. It is more thorough than the CSPC report, and does a good job explaining why they recommend certain actions. It was helpful to me determining what I need to do. It appears long, but there are so many references in the text that you skip, it's actually a pretty fast read.
